The surgery is of heigh standard. Very clean and organised. Okay, coordinators are efficient and professional. The doctor is of outstanding quality of care. I was made very welcome and reassured me I was not wasting his or my time or taking appointments from others whom need appointments. I am truly grateful for the fact that we have a fantastic service when the system in NHS is broken not the fault of the staff …. Much appreciated

I called the doctors at gone 10am as really wasn't feeling well and the receptionist was lovely and got me an appointment for 11:20.

I’ll phone reception very helpful when phoned for an appointment when I arrived the booking system is easy to use and save time waiting at the counter
